My desire is to reveal the work of God. To show that he is active and alive, right here in MN, more than 2000 years after the death and resurrection of his Son Jesus Christ.
I am endlessly fascinated with him because I have caught a glimpseof him and it was magnificent, greater than anything I have ever seen or known.
And because of that, I delight in knowing more about him and to catch another glimpse of him and his glory. I don’t care where I find him just that I find him and in this spirit the believers are united.
Psalm 133 says: “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down on the collar of hisrobe. It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the LORD bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.”
The above verses melt my heart as it mentions “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!”
Though, we may not intend to become isolated on whatever activity we’re currently participating with, often times we become focused on our church or ministry which prevents us from connecting with our brothers and sisters in the Lord who attend different ministries. ”There are different kinds of service, but we serve the same Lord.” (1 Cor. 12:5)
Take a look at the many ministries in the St. Cloud area, listed on this website here and consider that each ministry is a testimony to the power of God at work brought about through the prayers of many.
I also encourage you to take a glance at the Spirit 92.9 calender http://www.spirit929.com/pages/CommunityCalendar/, which shows many of the major activities around the area.
There is no doubt that God is active and alive in and around Central MN. If you want to find him, you don’t have to look very far. We are a blessed people.
