Pro-life movement nearly cuts funding to Planned Parenthood as majority vote to defund

60 votes were needed to advance the bill to defund Planned Parenthood in today’s vote in the US Senate.   

The votes was 53-46, by far the largest number of Senators to ever vote against Planned Parenthood.  The majority vote shows just how much influence the recent videos exposed Planned Parenthood’s have had.   

The pro-life movement is on the verse of stopping Planned Parenthood.  The 46 Senators that votes to continue funding Planned Parenthood will soon by facing the next election cycle.

The pro-life movement will use this opportunity to take the headlines for the next several days, talking about the remaining Senators that continue to benefit from the campaign funding from Planned Parenthood. 

In the next few months, the majority pro-life Senators will attach measures to several spending bills to cut funding to Planned Parenthood next year.  The remaining 46 Senators will face tremendous public scrutiny if they oppose these bills to fund the government.
